Yes, shipping is always FREE when ordering with Modawhale! We know how much people hate to pay for shipping so we’ve made it an important part of our business model to make shipping FREE no matter which country you are located in or how small your order is. You wont get that nasty surprise at the checkout when you order through us!
If your parcel is shipped from Europe or the United Kingdom then shipping will be FREE.
If your parcel is shipped from our warehouse in India, your shipping will also be FREE.
No additional fees!
When ordering through ModaWhale we ensure that you pay for your products and your products only. We guarantee that you wont be charged any additional and surprise ‘handling fees’ or shipping costs from our end, which a lot of other vendors like to include.

We have warehouses located in 3 different regions to better serve our customers:
- EU warehouse – Ideal for all our European customers.
- US warehouse – Ideal for our customers in the United States.
- UK warehouse – Ideal for our customers based in the UK, Ireland and Switzerland.
- India warehouse – Ideal for our customers that are located in the rest of the world.
We do not ship to the following countries due to their more stringent customs:

Yes, all orders come with tracking numbers. You will usually receive your tracking number approximately 1-2 business days after having placed your order. Please note, tracking numbers might take up to 72 hours to be generated.
We are continuously working on ways that we can get the tracking numbers to our customers quicker, but as you can understand, there are certain measures and constraints that we have to work with that can’t be compromised e.g. reliability, security, anonymity etc. Good things take time but we’re always looking at ways that this can be improved and accelerated.
For orders greater than 250-300 tablets, your order may be shipped in separate parcels to guarantee their quick and safe delivery. In this case, you will receive a unique tracking number for each of your parcels. The parcels will also be shipped on different days, usually 2-5 business days from each other.
For orders shipped from our EU warehouses: 2 – 15 business days
For orders shipped from our US warehouses: 2 – 7 business days
For orders shipped from our UK warehouses: 2 – 10 business days
For orders shipped from our Singapore/India warehouses: 10 – 30 business days
The delivery of parcels can be very unpredictable but most orders arrive to the destinations quicker than expected. Use the tracking number provided to monitor the transit of your order’s parcel.
While we do not require you to sign for your parcel, please note that some packages may require a signature upon delivery depending on the shipping method and country. Do not worry as this does not present any risk to you.
We understand that your confidentiality and anonymity is important when you place an order online with us. That’s why our orders are sent in discreet looking packages without any information of the contents on the outside of the package.

If your tracking number isn’t appearing in their system, please allow up to 2-3 business days for the initial update as it can sometimes be delayed.
If you miss the delivery, you need to contact your nearest local post office. They will generally hold your package for 5 working days. If it is not collected the parcel is returned to the sender. We are not responsible for parcel returns to our warehouse, therefore we cannot offer a refund or reshipment in the event the parcel is returned.
We suggest you to use bitcoin to pay for your order. This payment method is quick and adds no extra fees.
Credit cards are also accepted as a third-party payment provider that allows you to buy bitcoin and make the payment with us.
In the end, while checking out, you will receive the invoice with the address to make your payment to. You need to make payment in a given time frame. If not made, the order will expire. Please do not make any payments through to an expired invoice as we do not guarantee that amount will be picked up by our system and go through successfully.
