Shipping costs suck and we don't our customers being surprised at the checkout. The number of people that happily throw items into their shopping cart and get to the checkout only to abandon their order completely after being shocked by the additional fees being charged by other vendors. We wanted to do things differently which is why we've scrapped shipping fees completely, regardless of where you are ordering from. Shipping will always be free when ordering with ModaWhale and we're proud of that!

We have warehouses located in different regions to better serve our customers:

  • EU warehouse - Ideal for all our European customers.
  • US warehouse - Ideal for all customers in the United States.
  • UK warehouse - Ideal for our customers based in the UK, and Switzerland.
  • India warehouse - Ideal for our customers that are located in the rest of the world.

Regardless of which shipping option you choose, it will always be FREE when ordering through us.

We want to make sure you have a positive experience with us. Most of our deliveries go smoothly, but in the event that there’s a problem with a product, our refund policy assures that buyers are satisfied the product they ordered, or always get 100% money back. Tracking numbers

All customers will be provided with a tracking number for their order - it will be sent to the email address used during the checkout process. Please allow at least 2 business days for your tracking number to be sent. You'll usually receive it well before, but in the event that it hasn't come through yet - please be patient. We'll send you the tracking number as soon as it has been received from our carrier.

If your tracking number still hasn't been received after 4 business days we recommend that you first check your email's spam folder. If it isn't there then you can reach out to us for an update via our Contact Us page.

If your tracking number isn’t working, please allow up to 2 business days for the initial update as it can sometimes be delayed.

Please note that some packages may require a signature upon delivery depending on the shipping method used and the destination country, but generally a signature is not required and the courier will either deliver the package in a safe place near the entrance of your home or leave a note in your letterbox informing you of where the package can be collected from.

Shipping location

Depending on which country you are ordering to, your parcel can shipped from within the EU, UK, or Asia. For all countries within Europe, we recommend that your order is shipped from our warehouse located within the EU. For our customers based in the United Kingdom, Ireland or Switzerland we recommend that you select to have your order shipped from our warehouse in the UK. For the 'rest of world', your order will be shipped from our warehouse in Asia. This arrangement ensures that your parcels arrive as quickly as possible depending on your location.

  • EU Shipping: Delivery in 2-15 business days depending on your country, most arrive within 5 business days.
  • US Shipping: Delivery in 2-5 business days. Most deliveries arrive in less than 1 week.
  • UK Shipping: Delivery in 2-10 business days. UK to UK deliveries are usually less than 5 business days.
  • India Shipping: Delivery in 5-20 business days depending on your destination and customs.
