Orders
All orders are subject to our acceptance and product availability. If the goods ordered are not available we will notify you by email and you will be given the choice to either wait for the goods to come back into stock or to cancel your order.
All orders placed by you will be treated as an offer to purchase the goods from us and we reserve the right to replace certain items in the unfortunate event that the original goods ordered were not in stock at the time of the order. You acknowledge that any automated acknowledgment of your order which you may receive from us shall not amount to our acceptance of your offer to purchase goods or services advertised on the Website. The conclusion of a contract between you and us will take place when we dispatch the goods to you or commence the services, whichever is the later.
All orders for delivery outside the EU may be subject to customs handling delays which may affect the delivery time. We accept no responsibility for delays at customs, this is something that is completely outside of our control.
Prices
The prices payable for the goods shall be the prices agreed by the Seller and the Buyer, or in the absence of any agreement shall be those set out in the Seller’s price lists current at the time of dispatch of the goods.
The Seller shall have the right at any time to withdraw any discount from its normal prices and to revise prices to take into account of inflation and\or increases in costs including (without limitation) cost of any goods, materials, carriage, labour or overheads, the increase or imposition of any tax duty and other levy and any variation in exchange rates.
Payment
Payment for our goods and services can be made via the different methods outlined in Payment Methods. We require cleared payment before we can dispatch any orders.
Refunds and Reshipments
In the event that your parcel has not shown any progress or been delivered in 15 business days if shipped from our warehouse in Europe or 30 business days if shipped from our warehouse in Asia then you will be entitled to a full refund or reshipment of your order. You will be given the choice of which option you would prefer to go with by our support team. In the unlikely event that your reshipment parcel is also unsuccessful, we will not be able to provide a second reshipment. Our customer support team will be in touch with regards to providing a full refund for your order.
If the incorrect information has been provided by the customer which results in an unsuccessful delivery we will not be able to provide our usual refund and reshipment guarantee. Please contact us as quickly as possible if you realise that the information that you have provided to us is incorrect, we’ll do whatever we can to try and intercept your order and have the details updated before it has left our warehouse. Once your order is with the shipping company, we are no longer able to change or update any of the parcel’s information.

CONTRAINDICATIONS FOR PROVIGIL
Provigil is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to modafinil or armodafinil.

Angioedema and Anaphylaxis Reactions: If suspected, discontinue Provigil.
Multi-organ Hypersensitivity Reactions: If suspected, discontinue Provigil.
Persistent Sleepiness: Assess patients frequently for degree of sleepiness and, if appropriate, advise patients to avoid driving or engaging in any other potentially dangerous activity.
Psychiatric Symptoms: Use caution in patients with a history of psychosis, depression, or mania. Consider discontinuing Provigil if psychiatric symptoms develop.
Known Cardiovascular Disease: Consider increased monitoring.
ADVERSE REACTIONS
Most common adverse reactions (≥5%): headache, nausea, nervousness, rhinitis, diarrhea, back pain, anxiety, insomnia, dizziness, and dyspepsia.
INTERACTIONS

Commission Payment: We aim to pay out commissions once per week but this may vary a few days subject to our discretion. All amounts payable by us to you are subject to offset by us against any amounts owed by you to us.
